2. Information we collect
- Enquiry form: full name, mobile number (with country code), email address, your optional message, your consent, and the time and version of the policy you accepted.
- Technical data: your IP address is processed temporarily to prevent spam and abuse (rate limiting). Standard server logs may record browser and device information.
- Analytics data: only if you accept cookies and analytics is configured: pages viewed, clicks and form events, through Google Tag Manager and tools loaded through it.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and share project information, pricing, brochures and site-visit options.
- To contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about this project.
- To prevent spam and keep the website secure.
- To measure and improve the website and marketing, where you have accepted analytics cookies.
4. How enquiries are processed
Your enquiry is validated and sent through a secure server-side connection to the sales team’s configured lead-handling system (email and/or customer-relationship system). Form data is not placed in the page address.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The website itself stores your cookie choice in your browser. Analytics and advertising tags, if enabled, load only after you accept. You can change your choice by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
6. Advertising and third-party services
We may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta advertising tools to measure advertising performance, and service providers for website hosting, email delivery, spam protection (such as Cloudflare Turnstile) and CRM. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and may process data outside India. Third parties receive your data only as needed to provide their service.

Your enquiry may be shared with the project developer, The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), and its authorised sales representatives so they can respond to you. We do not sell your personal information.

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and related follow-up, and as required by law, and is then deleted or anonymised. Analytics data follows the retention settings of the analytics tool.

We use encrypted connections, server-side validation and restricted access to lead data. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law (including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent, or opt out of marketing communications at any time.
